In October I started the process of fitting all the parts for the dry run.
Leveled bottom at the three 2x8 cross-members. I used 2x8's because I wanted more height. 
Bolting down with lag screws after adding 3/4'' by 3/4'' wood shim under bottom. 
Checking level after bolting down Stern with 3/4'' shim in place

Adding stern with tie wraps. Angled Stern to around 12 degrees and secured with 1x2.
