Continued  coating all parts with three coats of Raka epoxy. The temperature during the day in the garage was getting to 115 degrees in August. This helped  the epoxy soaking into the plywood. I just came home from work epoxied the plywood and as it cooled during the evening it was sucked into the ply. I had to lay it on fast as the working time of the epoxy was only about 15 to 20 minutes at this temperature.
